Dr. Obinna Nwaeze
Clinic Head
Dr. Obinna Nwaeze is the Clinical Head of Lifecare Clinic in Victoria, British Columbia. He is a dedicated family physician with extensive international training and experience, committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages.
Dr. Nwaeze began his medical journey at Abia State University in Nigeria before pursuing postgraduate training and clinical practice in General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Emergency Medicine in the Republic of Ireland. He later completed his specialist training in Family Medicine in the United Kingdom, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centred primary care.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Nwaeze has earned a Master of Science in Disaster Medicine (MSc DM), a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine (PgD FM), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine (PgC Menopause Medicine). His diverse educational background allows him to provide thoughtful, holistic care that addresses
the unique needs of each patient.
Dr. Nwaeze’s professional qualifications reflect his broad international experience and commitment to the highest standards of medical practice. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the UK (MRCS), Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP, UK), International Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (IMRCGP, Cyprus), and Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).

Medical Office Administrator
Claudia is the Medical Office Administrator at Lifecare Medical Clinic. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from her home country and a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in General Management, from Camosun College.
With several years of administrative experience and a strong understanding of healthcare office operations, Claudia is committed to providing exceptional patient service. She strives to ensure that every patient has a positive experience at the clinic.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia is known for her warm, friendly, and professional approach. She is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, respected, and supported while helping to create a compassionate and inclusive clinic environment.
