Some services provided by our clinic are not covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP). Fees for these services are the responsibility of the patient.

Uninsured services include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of medical forms, certificates, and other documentation (e.g., employment, school, fitness, or travel forms)
• ICBC and RoadSafetyBC medical examinations and reports
• Employment, school, insurance, and other third-party medical examinations and reports
• Medico-legal reports, forms or letters
• Transfer, copying, or preparation of medical records
• Medical letters and reports requested by patients or third parties that are not covered by MSP

Fees for uninsured services are based on the current recommendations of the Doctors of BC and will be discussed with you before the service is provided whenever possible. If you have any questions about whether a service is covered by MSP or about the applicable fees, please speak with our clinic staff.
