Clinic Policies

Appointments and Booking

Telehealth

Book online through our website. If an in-person follow-up is needed after your consultation, your physician will arrange it.

In-Office

Please call the clinic to book your appointment. Online booking for in-office visits is not yet available.

Timing

Appointments are limited to 15 minutes. To help us stay on schedule, please discuss your main concern first. Additional concerns may require a follow-up appointment.

At the End of Your Appointment

Please avoid discussing health concerns, test results, or
appointment requests for family members who do not have an appointment that day. Please book a separate appointment for each patient. This helps us stay on schedule and provide timely care for everyone.

Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and helps us keep appointments running on schedule. Patients arriving late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete their visit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and helps us keep appointments running on schedule. Patients arriving late may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete their visit.

No Show or Late Show Policy

No show might attract a fee of $40. We might re-schedule late shows or if time permits, may try to attend to patients. Otherwise, this may be rescheduled for another day.

Prescription refill policy

  • Request refills at least 5 business days before your medication runs out.
  • Have your pharmacy fax refill requests directly to our clinic.
  • Some medications require an appointment or monitoring before renewal.
  • Controlled medications require a scheduled appointment and will not be refilled early.
  • Refill requests are processed during business hours only.
  • If your medication has already run out and the request is urgent, please speak with your
    pharmacist.

Thank you for helping us provide safe and timely care.

Diabetes Medication Refills

If your HbA1c is due, please complete it at least 2 business days
before your refill appointment. This helps your physician monitor your diabetes and safely renew your medication.

Blood Pressure Medication Refills

Please have at least 3–5 days of home blood pressure readings on your appointment. This helps your physician monitor your blood pressure and safely renew your medication.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We strive to avoid charging fees for missed appointments or late cancellations and appreciate
your cooperation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future
appointments.
Thank you for helping us provide timely care for all patients.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, or violent behaviour toward our physicians, staff, patients, or visitors will not be tolerated.
