Time For Each Appointment.
Each routine appointment is expected to last 15 minutes. However, if you have multiple issues, please focus on your main concern. We will do our best to address your concerns efficiently. If there is complexity and we think you need more time, you may be asked to book in for another slot.
Getting Prescription Refills
Please book an appointment with our physician to refill your prescriptions before they run out. Often, we issue prescriptions to run out at a time we may want to reassess your condition, so we ensure safe and efficient care.
​Sometimes, your prescriptions may run out before you are able to book an appointment. In this case, please approach your pharmacy for a short-term refill.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We do have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the following: Harassment, verbal abuse, and show of aggression towards patients, staff, and physicians. Such behaviors might have an impact on care delivery in the clinic.Â
A breach or any violation of any of these may be denied care, advised to leave the premises and a warning may be served. Further breach may result in cancellation of medical care by delisting the patient from the clinic register.
Our Reschedule and Cancellation
Policy
If you do wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours beforehand. This will help ensure better access to the physicians for every patient.Â
No Show or Late Show Policy
No show might attract a fee of $40. We might re-schedule late shows or if time permits, may try to attend to patients. Otherwise, this may be rescheduled for another day.
